gmm54 Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the legal agreement, account registration, deposit and withdrawal rules, and bonus terms related to using the gmm54 platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between players ("player" or "you") who use gmm54 and its services, platforms, and sites (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), and gmm54. By using the Platform you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop accessing the Platform.
General Terms
1.1 Agreement
By registering, accessing, or using services on the gmm54 platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policies.
1.2 Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use gmm54 services. If gmm54 has reason to doubt a player's age, it may request proof of identity.
1.3 Supported Countries
This platform provides services for players in Myanmar. Players are responsible for ensuring they comply with their local laws. gmm54 prohibits access from restricted regions.
1.4 Language
These terms are provided in Burmese. If there is any discrepancy in translations, the Burmese version takes precedence.
Account Registration
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one account on gmm54. Opening more than one account with the same personal details, or family members sharing an IP address to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Accurate Information
The name, phone number, and personal details provided during registration must be accurate. The account holder and the person making payments must be the same individual; any mismatch may cause issues when withdrawing funds.
2.3 Account Security
Players must keep their login password secure. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If your account security is compromised, you must notify gmm54 immediately. gmm54 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their own account.
2.4 Updating Information
If a player's contact or personal details change, they must update them immediately through gmm54's support channel. Players are responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
Deposit Terms
3.1 Deposit Methods
gmm54 accepts the following payment methods for deposits—
- KBZPay
- Wave Money
- AYA Pay
- CB Pay
- Bank Transfer
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
3.3 Use Your Own Funds
Players must deposit only from a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made under a third party's name may result in the account being suspended or closed.
3.4 Currency and Truncation
All currency in your gmm54 gaming account is operated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). If any payment service fees apply, these are to be borne by the player. gmm54 does not cover such fees.
Withdrawal Terms
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount per withdrawal is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may take longer due to complex cases, verification requirements, or technical issues on the bank's side.
4.3 Withdrawal Method
The player agrees to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. If a withdrawal is requested via a different method, gmm54 will decide based on reasonable judgment.
4.4 Requirements Must Be Met
To be eligible for withdrawal from an account with bonus funds, all bonus-related requirements must be met (please refer to Section 5). If a withdrawal cannot be processed due to an unmet wagering requirement, the player will be notified.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
gmm54 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. For example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance becomes 40,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
- Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → balance becomes 620,000 Ks → wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, on your first deposit
- Each bonus claim must be under one person, one IP address, and one device only
- The wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the type of game played with bonus funds
- gmm54 may request identity verification before issuing a bonus
5.4 VIP Cashback
gmm54 has five VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), and every level earns a weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. A player's VIP level goes up based on their play history and loyalty.
5.5 Referral Bonus
The person who refers a friend will receive 10% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per referral). On top of that, they can earn 0.1% of their referred friends' valid wagers as a weekly commission.
Game Rules
6.1 Game Validity
Players acknowledge that the gmm54 platform is secured with SSL encryption and uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce fair game results.
6.2 Technical Issues
gmm54 is not responsible for any losses caused by the player's own internet disconnection or personal device issues (phone, computer). If a server-side error occurs, gmm54 will act in accordance with its established policy.
6.3 Placing Bets
Bets that have already been placed cannot be cancelled. By placing a bet, the player confirms that the action was not made with any dishonest intent.
6.4 Game Records
gmm54 maintains records of each player's game history, deposit and withdrawal history, and bonus history. In the event of any dispute, these records will be the primary reference and gmm54's decision will be final.
Prohibited Actions
Players are prohibited from carrying out any of the following actions—
7.1 Fraud and Cheating
- Exploiting bonuses through software, bots, or bonus abuse systems
- Engaging in money laundering
- Opening multiple similar accounts to claim bonuses for yourself
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
7.2 Explanation Restrictions
- Placing bets against bonus funds (arbitrage)
- Attempting to eliminate wagering requirements through hedging bets
7.3 Illegitimate Funds
If funds suspected to be illegitimate are deposited, gmm54 will suspend the account for investigation and may notify the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension / Closure
8.1 Rights of gmm54
If gmm54 believes a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, it may temporarily suspend or close that individual's account without prior notice. This may include an investigation period to determine the outcome regarding any balance remaining at the time of closure.
8.2 Self-Closure by Player
If a player wishes to close their own account, they may contact gmm54 customer support to submit a request. Any remaining balance after closure will be handled in accordance with the relevant policy.
8.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
If a player is found to have committed prohibited actions, their funds will not be returned and the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Personal Data Protection
gmm54 uses SSL encryption and strict security systems to protect players' personal data. Full details of how personal data is collected, stored and handled can be found in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9.1 Sharing with Third Parties
gmm54 does not sell or share players' personal data with third parties unless required by law. Only the necessary information is shared with payment processing partner companies.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 Losses
Players acknowledge and accept that online casino and football betting carries the risk of financial loss. Any losses resulting from gameplay are the player's own responsibility, and gmm54 will not provide any reimbursement.
10.2 Service-Related Issues
If the service is interrupted due to server errors, third-party technical issues, or other matters beyond gmm54's control, gmm54's liability is limited to contacting the affected player and working to find a proper resolution.
10.3 Third-Party Service Links
If gmm54's site contains links to third-party sites, gmm54 is not responsible for the content or services of those sites.
Terms & Conditions Amendments
11.1 Right to Amend
gmm54 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the site and take effect from the date of posting.
11.2 Continued Use
Continued use of the gmm54 platform after any changes to the terms is taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may withdraw any eligible remaining balance.
